We ship nationwide across Argentina.

Delivery is made via courier or postal service, depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are between 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers will be clearly informed of these costs before confirming their purchase. Rates depend on the total weight, volume, and delivery or pickup location.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers cannot choose the delivery date or time, as this depends on the logistics of the shipping provider.

If the product is picked up in person, the day and time will be agreed upon in advance.

The delivery address will be the one provided by the customer, who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.

Once shipped, Azahares Miel Premium will send an email with the tracking number, allowing the customer to track their order anytime via the courier’s website.


🚫 Return Policy

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the product and your order number.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours after purchase confirmation.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.

To pay via Cuenta DNI QR, send a message to +54 11 6943-5037. We will send you the QR code. Once the payment is made, please send the receipt.

After verification, the payment will be confirmed.

The refund is processed within 5 business days by Banco Provincia.

Important: All payments are subject to verification and successful processing.


🧾 Invoicing

Customers will receive the corresponding invoice at the registered email address, including a clear breakdown of the purchased products.
